Prior to hiring the Kennedy's, our horse property had been on the market for 2 years and represented by 2 different realtors.  We had only a handful of showings during that time.  Everyone remarked how beautiful and well kept up the place was but no one was really interested.  Yes, the house was a small cape.  Yes, it was only 7 acres.  But, it had a great 8 stall barn with many amenities and was next to the State Forest. The real estate market was continuing to slide down...would we ever sell this place....should we rent it?  Then we contacted ReMax of Old Saybrook.....Sharon and Kevin Kennedy to represent our place.  WOW.....lots of showings.  Sharon handled the property using her expertise as a horse woman.  She kept in constant contact as to what was happening.  Then the offers began to come.  The Kennedys worked hard with the prospective buyers to answer questions and point out possibilities.  It took almost a year of hard work...but the property was sold and at the price we wanted.
