THOUGHTS AND GREATNESS

When the Apollo 13 oxygen tank exploded in 1970, leaving the crew stranded 200,000 miles from Earth, NASA flight director Gene Kranz made a decision and instructed the Mission Control team with these now famous words: "Failure is not an option." What a powerful statement; History was made. Consider the outcome had he said there´s nothing we can do about it.

Perhaps when we make a decision or a statement, we will not make history. However, we will set the tone and direction for ourselves and the people around us. In the words of Mahatma Gandhi, "A man is but the product of his thoughts, what he thinks, he becomes." Or as Henry Ford put it, "Whether you think you can, or you can't, you´re right."

Our thoughts are so powerful. We program our subconscious with our words and thoughts. We can liken this to the computer term "Garbage In = Garbage Out". Consider the difference you can make in the quality of your life by monitoring and modifying the quality of your thoughts. Greatness In = Greatness Out!
