Motivation, Ground Hogs and Rats!

Many people start the new year with resolutions for self improvement. With February upon us, some have found that the resolutions are forgotten. February 7^th is the start of the Chinese New Year, the year of the rat. You get another chance to start! In reality, you get another chance every day.

In the movie "Ground Hog Day" Bill Murray plays the part of a weatherman who lives the same day, Ground Hog Day, over and over. He experiences the emotions of confusion, disbelief, anger and then acceptance. He takes the opportunity to create a learning environment. It´s a great story of human transformation, growth and development.
